Client Introduction

The Newcomer Network is a program created by the Catholic Charities organization headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. The purpose of the program is to provide services to immigrants in the Montgomery and Prince George’s counties, which have a large immigrant population.

Current Experience

The website is the main channel for interested people to find information about their services or to volunteer. However, the current website has some issues that make it difficult to navigate and find specific information.

Solution

After identifying their mission statement and understanding the key components of the program, I redesigned their website to be more cohesive, simple, and organized.
